“We need to develop a district wide discipline policy that is supported and enforced in each school building and at the district level to maintain safe and orderly learning environments for students and teachers,” Cecile said. ” We need to provide appropriate staffing levels, including Police Officers in all middle and high schools buildings in order for Principals to administer successful schools. We need to develop a variety of academic programs to meet the needs of all students including technical and vocational training, gifted and talented, parenting and disciplinary programs.”
