Biography

Richmond County District Attorney, Donovan is from Staten Island. He attended St. John’s University (Staten Island Campus) where he earned a BA in Criminal Justice. He then received his law degree from the Fordham University School of Law

-Former prosecutor under Manhattan District Attorney Robert M. Morgenthau.

-Chief of Staff to then Borough President Guy V. Molinari.

-January 2002 appointed Deputy Borough President
