In a decades-old tradition, 13 Newhouse students covered the New Hampshire primaries for 2008.
For the first time, the primaries were outside of the usual semester time-frame. So the students did what journalists do: They gave up holidays and rest time to cover important news.
They reported for news organizations across the country and in New Delhi, India. They paid their own pay. They worked long hours. And they filed the stories that are featured on the site now.
In the class photo, here they are:

2nd Row: Shelly Schwartz (white sweater), Laura Van Wert, Melissa Daniels, Professor Grimes (red jacket)
Back row: Beth Croughan, Andrew Restuccia, Heath Williams, Richard Zussman (yellow shirt) and Bryan Young.
