District Description
*The 21st Congressional District was the 23rd Congressional District until redistricting in 2012. The newly drawn 21st Congressional District leaves out Madison and Oswego counties. It now includes Lewis, Jefferson, St. Lawrence, Franklin, Clinton and Hamilton counties and portions of Oneida, Fulton and Essex counties. The new district includes all of northern New York bordering most of the state of Vermont, the border with Quebec and the section of Ontario separated by the St. Lawrence River.
