Occupation— District attorney since 1991; previously served as assistant prosecutor for 10 years, in charge of Homicide Bureau for 3 ½ years; five years as defense attorney.
Education— graduated from Xaverian High School in Brooklyn, New York; B.A. from Syracuse University; J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law.
Community Involvement— member of New York State Forensic Science Commission, Onondaga County and New York State Bar Associations, New York representative to National District Attorney’s Association; previously served on Judge Judith Kaye’s Drugs and the Courts Commission, president of the New York State District Attorney’s Association. Coaches little league baseball.
Family— Wife, Diane; three children, Daniel, Sarah and Sean.
