For the 2013 election, Patrick Hogan is challenging incumbent Stephanie Miner for the Democratic Party’s designation for mayor. The primary on Sept. 10, 2013, also includes Alfonso Davis, who lost a primary challenge for mayor to Miner in 2009. In the fall of 2011, Patrick Hogan was re-elected for a fourth term to the Common Council District 2 seat. Hogan cannot run for another term on the Common Council because he has reached his four-term limit.
